We were so excited with the attendance at our November Meetups! The Town Hall meeting at SMU was terrific and the room was full with both students and guests from the community! We expect to have a DVD of the event in a week or so.
We also celebrated Fair Elections Week, highlighting the national bill co-sponsored by Senators Durbin(D) and Spector(R). There are many ways you can help spread the word about Clean (Fair) Elections and this bill. Go to http://www.fairelecti... and find ideas for letters to the editors, blogs, candidate questions, etc.
Our group is growing! We will hold our last Meetup of the year at a new location, maybe more convenient for those who have not been able to join us yet.
Come learn about this issue and ask hard questions. Then, if you like the answers, join this movement to take big money out of our elections, and return our country to the voters.
