Hello Friends of Democracy!

Would you like to know more about Clean Elections and why they are important?

We'd like to invite you to an informal info session about how money influences politics (thus, all the issues we care about!) and why clean elections are a great solution to this escalating problem.

Join us in our discussion on Thursday, October 9th at 7pm at Prost! at 73rd and Greenwood to learn what Clean Elections are, why we need them, and how we can get them in Seattle!

We welcome anyone who wants to know more about this keystone issue and look forward to seeing you!

I love this choice of sites to meet, but I don't think I can make it tonite. Is this going to become a regular spot to meet? Incidentally although it is a little off topic, but it is worth mentioning that last Monday Bob Ferguson successfully introduced legislation to adopt the recent recommendation of the King County Charter Review Commission to study instant runoff voting! Not CFR but still important.
